Dr Agubosi Vidah Chika is Director of Medicals of Nigerian Legion Women Auxiliary.

She is the first child of late Dr Samuel and late Honorable Victoria Agubosi from Umumeagwu Aji in Oru West Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria.

She has a degree of Doctor of Optometry (OD) from Abia State University Nigeria in 1998 and her passion for quality eye care gave birth to Samvic Eye Clinic, a clinic she has nurtured for two decades.

Her passion for relieving her patient’s health issues and her quest for knowledge, made her to go for further study in medicine. She got a degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Southwestern University Cebu Philippines in 2013 and later furthered her study in ophthalmology. She also has a Certification in Leadership and Management in Health from University of Washington USA in 2018.

She is currently the MD/CEO of Samvic Medical Clinic and her pet project Samvic Foundation, a medium she has used to reach out to the less privileged medically. She strongly believes in making an impact in the field of medicine.

Some of her hobbies are mentoring younger colleagues, providing efficient and quality health care for her patients and giving back to the community via educative health presentations/seminars, free medical examinations and treatment.

A Rotarian per excellence, Polio Chair Person   and Director for Youth Services Rotary club of Abuja, Maitama, a platform she has used to put smiles on the faces of many unreached communities/individuals.

She is happily married to Dr Chike Callistus Ifeanyi and they are blessed with two awesome children.
